General

How do your modular plant supports work?

Each kit includes three segments. You can add additional segments as your plant grows. Each segment is approximately 12 inches tall, allowing you to build supports up to 8–9 feet depending on your plant’s size and needs.

How does the support stay stable in the pot?

The bottom segment is placed directly into the soil. As the plant’s roots grow, they naturally bind through the diamond-shaped openings in the pole. This creates a very stable foundation that becomes stronger over time.

Watering

How is the support designed for watering?

Our supports are 3D-printed for strength and durability. The diamond-shaped openings feature a water-shunting angle that directs water into the core of the pole rather than splashing outward. This helps prevent overwatering and reduces mess.

How do I know when I’ve watered enough?

The segments are designed to overflow into each other. When water begins to flow from the top segment down to the next, it provides a clear visual cue that watering is sufficient.

Propagation

How do I propagate using your supports?

Our modular design makes propagation simple and clean. When you’re ready to take a cutting, simply unscrew the coupler to remove a segment that already has established roots and a top cutting. This allows you to propagate without disturbing the main plant.

What is the crown and coupler system?

Each segment connects using a coupler, which securely joins the poles together. The crown sits at the very top of the support and helps guide new growth while keeping the structure stable.

Does each kit come with everything I need to propagate?

Yes. Every kit includes an extra base so you can immediately pot your top cutting into its own support after separating a segment.
